mweqHailar (海拉尔; mwegpinyin, Hǎilār) è una città della mwewCina, nella mwfaregione autonoma della mwfqMongolia Interna; sorge a quasi 700 m di mwfgquota, a una mwfwlatitudine di 49° mwgaN, nelle montagne del mwgqGrande Khingan vicino ai confini con la mwggMongolia. Nel 1999 aveva una popolazione di mwgw209 294 abitanti.

La mwhqcittà è stata fondata nel mwhg1734 come forte cinese con il nome di mwhwHulun; oggi è un mercato agricolo di una certa importanza.
